Security Guard Services. Landlord shall provide security guard services for the Leasehold Premises on the following days and times: Sunday 8:30 p.m. through Monday 12:30 a.m. Monday 8:30 p.m. through Tuesday 12:30 a.m. Tuesday 8:30 p.m. through Wednesday 12:30 a.m. Wednesday 8:30 p.m. through Thursday 12:30 a.m. Thursday 8:30 p.m. through Friday 12:30 a.m. Friday 8:30 p.m. through Saturday 2:30 a.m. Saturday 8:30 p.m. through Sunday 2:30 a.m. The Security Guard Service may, on occasion, vary its hours for providing such service within one hour of the hours noted herein. The Leasehold Premises will be equipped with a detector timer and each security guard on duty shall enter the Leasehold Premises at regular intervals and activate the detector timer. The security service shall respond to all emergencies at the Leasehold Premises and shall comply with Tenant's requests to secure the Leasehold Premises and provide security assistance to Tenant's employees and invitees during the hours noted herein. The Security Guard Services cost is calculated as the function of what the square footage of the Leasehold Premises bears to the entire square footage of all Flowerfield improvements. Based on such costs and including the New Building, the estimated monthly cost to Tenant for security services will be $500.00 as of the date of this Lease.
Security Guard Services. Beginning on the Commencement Date and continuing through the First Phase Period Expiration Date, the cost incurred by Sublessor to operate the existing Building security system and guard service shall be distributed proportionately to Subtenant based on Subtenant’s Proportionate Share of the Office Park. Beginning on the Second Phase Period Commencement Date, or such earlier time that Sublessor vacates the Office Park, Subtenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall be responsible for the operation of any security system and/or guard service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Subtenant, at Subtenant’s sole cost and expense, shall provide its own guard service and/or security system on the second (2nd) floor of Building 1 until the First Phase Period Expiration Date. Employees of Subtenant will have to show an identification pass to Sublessor’s security forces until the First Phase Period Expiration Date. The parties acknowledge that safety and security devices, services and programs provided by Sublessor, if any, while intended to deter crime and ensure safety, may not in given instances prevent theft or other criminal acts, or ensure safety of persons or property. The risk that any safety or security device, service or program may not be effective, or may malfunction, or be circumvented by a criminal, is assumed by Subtenant with respect to Subtenant’s property and interests, and Subtenant shall obtain insurance coverage against such losses resulting from criminal acts, as may be further described in the Main Lease. During the First Phase Period, Subtenant agrees to cooperate in any reasonable safety or security program developed by Sublessor, required under the Main Lease or required by law and during the Second Phase Period, Subtenant agrees to cooperate in any reasonable safety or security program required under the Main Lease or required by law.
Security Guard Services. LESSOR shall cause security guard services to be provided for the Building, the cost of which shall form part of the Common Area Charges. The number, schedule and scope of services to be provided by security guards shall be subject to the discretion of LESSOR. It is understood that LESSOR shall not be accountable or liable for any loss, injury or damage that may be suffered in the Leased Premises by reason of theft, robbery, arson or any other crime, unless the same shall be due to the inexcusable fault or gross negligence of LESSOR. LESSEE may, at its own expense, provide for its own security guards within the Leased Premises, who shall, however, coordinate security measures with the security guards of the Building.
Security Guard Services. This Second Amendment (“Amendment”) to Contract No. 03818 is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Department of Enterprise Services, a Washington State governmental agency (“State”) and Cascade Security Corporation, a Washington corporation (“Contractor”) and is effective as of August 15, 2021.

  • Security Services CONTRACTOR shall provide security services designed for preventing escapes, maintaining order, providing care, custody, control, supervision and management of the inmate population. A successful security program depends heavily on staff training, effective administration, and the establishment of inmate programs. The organization, staffing, and administration of the security program are vital to the Facility. The direction provided by a well-organized and clearly articulated operations manual, and emergency planning provides a solid base for successful administration. The final operations manual shall be submitted to the Bureau prior to the Service Commencement Date and shall be reviewed annually and updated as needed. Documentation of the review shall be provided annually to the On- Site Contract Monitor. Changes to the plan require written permission by the Contract Manager. The Department reserves the right to require changes to plans submitted to the Bureau.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Custody Services The Fund, on behalf of the Series, will open with Mellon one or more custody account(s) designated "Series" (such designated custody account(s) hereinafter referred to as "Series Account"). The Series Account will contain the appropriate designation in its title and will be operated subject to the terms of the Custodian Agreement between Mellon and the Fund.
