Selection and Advancement. The Secretary will determine and approve the most appropriate recruitment process in accordance with Clause Schedule P and taking into account whether the job is required for a specific period or is ongoing, resource and funding implications, organisation requirements and priorities, career development needs of employees, the appropriate labour market and legislative requirements relating to selection and advancement.
