Common use of Selection of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Selection of Contractor. Landlord shall competitively bid the cost of construction of the Initial Improvements to at least three general contractors selected by Landlord, and will select and enter into a contract with the lowest qualified bidder as determined by Landlord, acting in its sole and absolute discretion with input from Tenant. In addition, Landlord shall have the right to select and/or approve of any subcontractors used in connection with the Initial Improvements.
