Common use of Selection of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Selection of Contractor. Landlord shall solicit bids for the Tenant Improvements from three (3) commercially qualified tenant finish contractors approved by Tenant (it being agreed that Tenant has approved S▇▇▇▇ & R▇▇▇ and ICI as contractors). After analyzing the bids submitted, Landlord and Tenant will mutually agree on the contractor to construct the Tenant Improvements. Landlord will then promptly enter into a guaranteed maximum price contract with the selected contractor to construct the Tenant Improvements.
