Selection of Evaluatee. Tenured employees shall be evaluated at least every two years. A random method of selection shall be used to determine the evaluatees for odd and even years. Probationary employees shall be evaluated annually, except for first-year employees who shall be evaluated twice a year. The need for consecutive annual evaluations may be challenged by the evaluatee through the procedure described in Section 13.5. Consecutive annual evaluations shall be for just cause only.
