Selection of Stewards. The stewards shall be selected by work areas as follows: Park and Recreation - two (2) Public Works/Public Utilities: Street Division - two (2) Refuse Service - one (1) Water Plant - one (1) Disposal Plant - one (1) Collection/Distribution - one (1) Airport – one (1) Fire Department & City Hall - one (1) Police Department - one (1) Community Facilities: River’s Edge Convention Center – one (1) Municipal Athletic Complex (MAC) – one (1) A ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may investigate grievances only in the area assigned to him/her except in cases where he/she is on leave, in which case the employee may select any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to represent him/her.
