Selection of Students. The University shall be responsible for the selection of qualified students to participate in the clinical learning experience. The University certifies that before its students are placed with the School District, students will have completed all health requirements for clinical learning experiences and conform to health requirements of state and local governments, the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Health Care Organization (JCAHO), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the School District. The parties will mutually agree upon the number of students that will participate in a clinical learning experience.
