Senior Practice Manager. A Senior Practice Manager is an Employee who has at least three years experience in managing a health care practice or similar small business enterprise. Senior Practice Managers generally only exist in the absence of a Principal and exercise skills and knowledge beyond those of Administrative Employees employed in other classifications.
Senior Practice Manager. (a) At the commencement of this Agreement, an full-time Employee employed as a Senior Practice Manager will be paid a base salary of at least $50,000 per annum (base annual salary). (b) Increases of $2,500 will be added to the base annual salary for every $100,000 of gross revenue generated by the Employer’s business unit in accordance with the tables set out below. These increases will be calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis up to a gross remuneration package not exceeding $100,000 p.a. Senior Practice Manager i. At the commencement of this Agreement, a full-time Employee employed as Senior Practice Managers will be paid a base salary of at least $66,776.52 (base annual salary). ii. Increases of $2,500 will be added to the base annual salary for every $100,000 of gross revenue generated by the Employer’s business unit in accordance with the table set out below. These increases will be calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis up to a gross remuneration package not exceeding $100,000 per annum. iii. Where a Senior Practice Manager is employed on a part-time basis, the Employee will be paid a salary calculated as a pro rata amount of the full-time salary set out in the table below based on the Employee’s ordinary hours of work. iv. The Employer guarantees that the hourly rate of pay of Senior Practice Managers will be at least equal to the applicable statutory minimum. v. The increases referred to in clause 1(b) (ii) above are conditional upon each new revenue threshold reached by the Employer being sustained for three consecutive months and not subsequently reducing below the revenue threshold thereafter.
