Senior Representatives. Any Party may refer any Dispute to the Dispute Resolution Procedure by notice in writing to all other Parties to the Dispute (a “Dispute Notice”). The Dispute Notice shall include the following details;

Senior Representatives. If the Parties are unable to resolve differences at the appropriate level, the interpretation issue will be raised to more senior levels of the Province and the Tsq’escen’ First Nation/CLB.

Senior Representatives. 8.1 The Contractor shall appoint the Contractor’s Senior Representative from the date of this Contract and throughout the Delivery Term the Contractor’s Senior Representative shall be the Client’s main point of contact in relation to the Contractor’s engagement under any Task Order and in connection with all matters arising under or in connection with this Contract. 8.2 The Contractor’s Senior Representative shall not be replaced without the Client’s consent to the replacement in writing. The Client shall be entitled to withhold its consent where the proposed replacement is not of a similar level, qualification and with equivalent experience as his predecessor and/or for any other reasonable reason.

Senior Representatives. If the Contract Representatives have failed to reach agreement on a Dispute within the timeframe set out in paragraph 1, then the Dispute shall be notified to the following contacts (the "Senior Representatives") of the Parties: or any substitute address or department or officer as any Party may notify in writing to each of the other Parties by not less than five (5) Business Days' notice. The Senior Representatives will attempt in Good Faith to resolve the Dispute through negotiations for a period of ten (10) Business Days from the date of notification of the Dispute or such other period as is agreed between the Parties in writing.

Senior Representatives. The Parties will attempt in good faith to amicably and promptly resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement through discussions between the General Manager of Medtronic Neuromodulation’s Gastro/Urological business unit and the Chief Operating Officer of Urologix. If the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter will be escalated to senior representatives who have authority to settle the controversy. These senior representatives shall be the Chief Executive Officer of Urologix and the President of Medtronic Neuromodulation. These representatives shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith, and recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a solution satisfactory to both Parties before resorting to dispute resolution as provided below.
