Served Population Clause Samples
The 'Served Population' clause defines the specific group of individuals or entities that will receive services or benefits under the agreement. It typically outlines characteristics such as age, location, eligibility criteria, or other relevant attributes that determine who qualifies as part of the served population. By clearly identifying the intended recipients, this clause ensures that both parties understand the scope of service delivery and helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes about who is entitled to receive services.
