Server Administration and Release Management. (a) Where appropriate, SITA will provide day-to-day administration of the servers, systems and software including configuration and directory changes and management of software releases. This includes the following: (i) manage server configurations; (ii) create, maintain, and delete system login scripts; (iii) create, maintain and delete client configuration files located on servers; (iv) establish and manage directory services; (v) create, maintain and delete volumes and directory structures; (vi) administer directory distribution and replication; (vii) define and manage resources and domains; (viii) evaluate and apply recommended system software patches; (ix) plan the rollout of new server software and/or related hardware to ensure that fall- back processes are in place and working; (x) manage the coordination of scheduled Outage; and (xi) ensure hardware and/or software changes are traceable, secure and correct.

  • Case Management Prompt resolution of any dispute is important to both parties; and the parties agree that the arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted expeditiously. The arbitrators are instructed and directed to assume case management initiative and control over the arbitration process (including scheduling of events, pre-hearing discovery and activities, and the conduct of the hearing), in order to complete the arbitration as expeditiously as is reasonably practical for obtaining a just resolution of the dispute.
