Service Connections Clause Samples

The Service Connections clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for establishing and maintaining the necessary links between a service provider's system and the customer's infrastructure. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for providing equipment, access, or technical support to enable the connection, and may specify requirements such as security standards or timelines for setup. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties understand their roles in facilitating seamless integration, thereby preventing delays or disputes related to connectivity issues.
