Common use of Service Goals Clause in Contracts

Service Goals. (i) Each date on which one or more of the Participant's Units vests shall be deemed a “Vesting Date”. (ii) In addition to meeting the performance goals, Participant must continue employment with the Company through the Vesting Date for vesting of the Units to occur (the “Service Goal”), subject to the provisions of Section B(iii) below.
