Service Guide Clause Samples

The Service Guide clause defines the document or set of instructions that outlines the specific procedures, standards, and requirements for the delivery of services under the agreement. Typically, this guide details how services should be performed, the quality benchmarks to be met, and any operational protocols that must be followed by the service provider. By referencing a Service Guide, the clause ensures both parties have a clear, shared understanding of service expectations, reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over service levels or methods.
