Service Letters. 9.01 Persons entering the service in a position covered by this agreement will within thirty days of employment have returned to them all service cards and letters of recommendation which have been taken up for inspection by the Company, except those addressed to or issued by the Company. 9.02 An member who is dismissed or who leaves the Company of his own accord after giving due notice will, upon request, be given the usual certificates of service and will be paid as soon as possible following return of issue, uniform and equipment in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
