Service Level Agreement. 6.1 During the Subscription Term, We shall render all commercially reasonable efforts to meet the Service Level Agreement. 6.2 In the event the Cloud Service Uptime falls below 95% 6.2.1 For four (4) consecutive calendar months; or 6.2.2 For five (5) calendar months during a twelve (12) calendar month period, You shall have the right to terminate the affected Cloud Service by giving Us written notice within a period of thirty (30) days after such occurrence. Your termination will become effective on the last day of the calendar month in which We have received Your notice. Such right to terminate shall be Your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of Our failure to meet the Service Level Agreement.
