Service Level Reviews. The Parties will review the Service Levels in accordance with this Section 6.03 of the Agreement. As part for their monthly meetings, the Vendor Contract Manager and the Customer Contract Manager shall discuss the Service Levels. Any additions, deletions or modifications to the Service Levels may be made by mutual agreement of the Contract Managers at such monthly meetings.
Service Level Reviews. The BSP may conduct a service level review at least once per 12-month period or as required with the agreement of Datec. At least annually the parties will review the Service Levels to determine whether they still reflect the requirements of the BSP. Should the BSP decide that they do not, the BSP may:
(a) conduct benchmarking on the relevant Services to establish appropriate service levels
(b) require Datec to propose a means of improving performance.

Service Level Reviews. 14.1. The Scheme and the Service Provider shall conduct regular service level reviews to assess the performance of the services provided. These reviews shall be conducted [frequency] and shall include an evaluation of service performance, identification of any issues or areas for improvement, and agreement on any necessary corrective actions.
Service Level Reviews. The Council will monitor and record, on a monthly basis, their performance against the targets set under the Service Specification Process, for each of the Baseline Services, the Estate Management Services, the Support Services and the News Services. Without prejudice to any action the BID Company may wish to take in respect of the information thus obtained, the Council may, at its discretion discuss the performance of a service with the BID Company and agree or use this agreement to effect improvements to the service. The BID Company may request the Council to provide them with information relating to the performance of any or all of the services and to convene a meeting or meetings to consider the information obtained by the Council as to performance of a service or services. Where, as a consequence of such meetings the BID Company considers that the Council has persistently failed to perform to the target(s) it may invoke the termination and disagreement procedures set out in this Agreement.
