Service Outside of Normal Working Hours. Remote, On-site, or Emergency Services performed outside of the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Central Time Monday through Friday, or at any time on Saturday, Sunday, or Secarus Holidays, shall be billed at the Standard Rates.
