Common use of Service Pay Clause in Contracts

Service Pay. Effective January 1, 2010, employees will be paid a service pay of: • $ 5.00 per month after 10 years of continuous service • $10.00 per month after 15 years of continuous service • $15.00 per month after 20 years of continuous service • $20.00 per month after 25 years of continuous service • $25.00 per month after 30 years of continuous service • $30.00 per month after 35 years of continuous service •
