Common use of Service Pay Clause in Contracts

Service Pay. All regular employees who have completed five (5) years continuous service with the District shall receive service pay at the rate of ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar- day; and an additional ten cents (10c/ ) per calendar-day on completion of each additional five (5) years of service.
