SERVICE USER CONTRIBUTION. 9.1 Where the Service User Contribution is paid direct to the Service Provider and in the event the Service User is in arrears with the Service User Contribution the Service Provider shall first use best endeavours (short of litigation) to obtain payment and shall refer the matter to the Service Purchaser(s)’s Nominated Representative in writing. The Service Provider shall not permit the Service User Contribution to be unpaid for more than four (4) weeks before notifying the Service Purchaser(s). 9.2 The Service Purchaser shall pay the outstanding Service User Contribution(s) to the Service Provider within 14 days of receipt of written notification.
SERVICE USER CONTRIBUTION. The Council has completed a Fairer Charging Financial Assessment of the Service user and determined that they are required to make a contribution to the cost of their Care Accommodation. It is the Provider’s responsibility to collect the Service user contribution directly from the Service user (or their appropriate financial representative). The contribution must be collected in arrears and any rounding should be made in favour of the service user. If a service user contribution remains outstanding for more than 28 days, the Provider must immediately notify the Council. If after the expiry of 3 months from the date that the Council was notified, the provider can demonstrate all reasonable steps have been taken to recover the service user contribution the Council will indemnify the provider and assume responsibility for the debt. It is the intention of the parties that that the Provider will never have more than 3 month’s exposure to unpaid service user contributions, subject to the Provider having taken the steps required.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law. (b) It is understood that the administrative intent of this Article is that the Employer contribution is made for individuals who are participants in the medical insurance coverages. Participation will mean that eligible less-than-full-time employees who drop out of coverage will be considered to participate. Additionally, employees who elect to opt out of coverage for a cash incentive will be considered to participate.

  • Distribution of UDP and TCP queries DNS probes will send UDP or TCP “DNS test” approximating the distribution of these queries.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Overtime Distribution The Employer and the Union will discuss Departmental or agency specific overtime distribution policies at the Departmental or agency level. The Employer agrees to follow its existing overtime distribution policies until changed as a result of Employer/Union negotiation.
