If the assessment requires more man-days, the fee shall be increased proportionately. 9 Training ▇,▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ trainer for a day. The fee shall be increased proportionately if the numbers of training days are increased. If the organization covers the accommodation and other expenses, the fee will be 30 percent of the total fee.
Services and Requirements a) The Contractor shall provide on-demand taxicab services for RDU customers from the terminal curbs. Taxicab passengers must encounter continuous availability of taxicabs during peak and non-peak hours from taxicab drivers (“Drivers”) and call center dispatch personnel. This includes providing taxicab services until one (1) hour after the last flight has landed to assist all passengers who require taxicabs services. Taxicab passengers must be provided safe and professional service in clean, well-maintained vehicles, receive complete and accurate information about taxicab fares and service, and receive a complete and accurate payment receipt for each trip. Additional services to be provided include maintaining an orderly flow of taxicabs and certifying taxicab meters annually. b) The Contractor shall have exclusive right to provide on-demand taxicab service from the Airport and non-exclusive rights to provide taxicab services to the Airport.

  • Personnel Requirements a. The CONTRACTOR shall secure, at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense, all personnel required to perform this Contract. b. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the CONTRACTOR'S employees or agents are experienced and fully qualified to engage in the activities and perform the services required under this Contract, and that all applicable licensing and operating requirements imposed or required under federal, state, or county law, and all applicable accreditation and other standards of quality generally accepted in the field of the activities of such employees and agents are complied with and satisfied.

  • Program Requirements The parties shall comply with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program requirements established in 49 CFR Part 26.
