The fee shall be increased proportionately if the numbers of training days are increased. If the organization covers the accommodation and other expenses, the fee will be 30 percent of the total fee.
Services and Requirements a) The Contractor shall provide on-demand taxicab services for RDU customers from the terminal curbs. Taxicab passengers must encounter continuous availability of taxicabs during peak and non-peak hours from taxicab drivers (“Drivers”) and call center dispatch personnel. This includes providing taxicab services until one (1) hour after the last flight has landed to assist all passengers who require taxicabs services. Taxicab passengers must be provided safe and professional service in clean, well-maintained vehicles, receive complete and accurate information about taxicab fares and service, and receive a complete and accurate payment receipt for each trip. Additional services to be provided include maintaining an orderly flow of taxicabs and certifying taxicab meters annually.
b) The Contractor shall have exclusive right to provide on-demand taxicab service from the Airport and non-exclusive rights to provide taxicab services to the Airport.
