Common use of Services Offered Clause in Contracts

Services Offered. Exhibit I to this Agreement describes the services that KUS offers to furnish to a Client Company (in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein) upon written request of such Client Company. In addition to the services described in Exhibit I hereto, KUS may also provide a Client Company with such special services, as may be requested by such Client Company in writing, which the Service Company concludes it is able to perform. In supplying services hereunder to a Client Company, KUS may arrange, where it deems appropriate, for the services of such experts, consultants, advisers and other persons with necessary qualifications as are required for, or pertinent to, the performance of such services.
