Shall. 1. Ensure that students who participate in a semester at the CMC continue to be fully enrolled undergraduates of during the time of their off-campus study.

Shall. When used in this Plan, the word “shall” connotes a mandatory obligation, and is not directory in nature. This amended and restated Plan has been adopted on this 3rd day of July, 2017 by the Common Council of the City of Middletown. This Appendix A lists the provisions applicable to Eligible Employees of the City who are defined, executive non-bargaining employees and defined, non-bargaining employees as determined under the Personnel Rules. In the event that the provisions of this Appendix A are inconsistent with the terms contained in the remainder of the Plan, the provisions contained in this Appendix A shall take precedence. In the event the provisions of this Appendix A are inconsistent with the terms of the Personnel Rules, the Personnel Rules shall control.
