Shared roles and responsibilities. The Commonwealth and the States agree to be jointly responsible for: participating in consultations as appropriate regarding the implementation of this Agreement; negotiating new or revised Schedules to this Agreement; and conducting evaluations and reviews of outputs delivered under this Agreement. The Parties will meet the requirements of Schedule E, Clause 26 of the IGA FFR, by ensuring that prior agreement is reached on the nature and content of any events, announcements, promotional material or publicity relating to this Agreement, and that the roles of both Parties will be acknowledged and recognised appropriately.
