Sharing of Personal Data. I understand that the University may share such personal data with the third parties under a memorandum of agreement where the sharing of such personal data is necessary or desirable for the foregoing purposes and bases, and the personal data is safeguarded and protected in a commercially reasonable manner. To the extent required by the EU GDPR, I consent to the University sharing and/or transferring my Personal Data to the third parties as described in the preceding sentence.
