Shift Bid. Employees shall bid annually during the month of November for the following year’s shifts and days off. The shift bid shall include four (4) rotations of three (3) months; the rotations begin in January, April, July, and October. Each employee must select two (2) night shifts and two (2) day shifts. Once all employees have selected their shifts, employees may trade shifts for the entire rotation.
