Common use of Shift Differential Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift Differential Premium. A shift differential premium of dollars and thirty-five cents ($2.35) per hour shall be paid to a Nurse for each hour worked between 1900 hours and 0700 hours. This premium shall increase to three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) per hour effective December 21, 2023 and shall increase to four dollars ($4.00) per hour effective April 1, 2025. The shift differential premium shall be paid in addition to the weekend premium.

Shift Differential Premium. A shift differential premium of dollars one dollar and thirtyseventy-five cents ($2.351.75) per hour shall be paid to a Nurse for each hour worked between 1900 hours and 0700 hours. This premium shall increase to three dollars one dollar and fifty eighty-five cents ($3.501.85) per hour effective December 21October 31, 2023 and shall increase to four dollars ($4.00) per hour effective April 1, 20252014. The shift differential premium shall be paid in addition to the weekend premium.
