Common use of Shift Seniority Clause in Contracts

Shift Seniority. Selection of annual vacation shall be in order of seniority for each shift. The majority of entitlement of annual vacation selections shall be done no later than January 1st of each year and the remainder no later than the last day in the month of August. No alterations or exchanges will be recognized unless authorized by the Fire Chief or designate.
