Common use of Shift Sign-up Clause in Contracts

Shift Sign-up. Shift sign-up shall occur at least two (2) shift periods (approximately 6 months) in advance. A shift cycle shall be 28 days in length. A shift period shall consist of 3 consecutive shift cycles with the exception of a fourth shift period being 4 consecutive cycles in order to achieve signing up 4 separate times in a calendar year.
