Shift Work Bonus Clause Samples

The Shift Work Bonus clause establishes additional compensation for employees who work shifts outside of standard working hours. Typically, this clause specifies the rate or percentage of extra pay that applies to evening, night, or weekend shifts, and may outline eligibility criteria or exceptions. Its core practical function is to incentivize employees to accept less desirable work hours and to fairly compensate them for the inconvenience or disruption associated with shift work.
Shift Work Bonus. All employees working a minimum four (4) hour shift shall receive an additional one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked or portion thereof between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Shift Work Bonus. A shift work bonus of thirty-one cents (314) shall be paid for hours worked between and midnight. A shift work bonus of fifty cents (504) shalt be paid for hours worked between midnight and Split shifts shall be paid a shift bonus of twenty-five cents (254) per hour PROVIDED the lunch break exceeds one-half hour (outside staff) and one (1) hour (inside staff).
Shift Work Bonus. Employees to work after 5: shall receive fifty ($0.50) per hour bonus over and above their regular rate of pay. Employees required to work split shifts where the break is for two (2) or more hours, receive twenty-five cents per hour bonus over and above their regular rate of pay.
Shift Work Bonus. 1. Employees who work two shifts in alternation according to the rota shall receive a bonus of 15% of the hourly wage calculated on all hours to be paid. 2. Employees who work three shifts in alternation according to the rota shall receive a bonus of 18% of the hourly wage calculated on all hours to be paid. 3. When employees are transferred from shift work to normal day shifts, a phasing-out scheme applies, consisting of a lump-sum payment. This payment amounts to: Period of shift work Payment amount 4 to 6 years six times the monthly shift bonus longer than 6 years nine times the monthly shift bonus 4. There is no cumulation of the shift work bonus and the atypical hours bonus.
Shift Work Bonus. A shift work bonus of thirty-one cents shall be paid for hours worked between and midnight. A shift work bonus of fifty cents shall be paid for hours worked between midnight and a.m. Split shifts shall be paid a shift bonus of twenty-five cents per hour PROVIDED the lunch break exceeds one-half hour (outside staff) and one (1) hour (inside staff) A shift work or split shift premium shall not be paid in addition to overtime. Shift Work Bonus Recreation Facilities Recreation Janitors In addition to the shift work bonus in Article Recreation Facilities and Recreation Janitors shall receive thirty-five cents per hour for scheduled rotating shift work, or for continuously scheduled midnight shift work.

  • Annual Bonus Compensation Executive shall be eligible to receive a bonus each Contract Year (“Annual Bonus”) as the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors shall determine. Executive’s Annual Bonus shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s executive compensation policies as in effect from time to time during the Term and shall be based, in part, on his achieving his individual performance goals for the year and, in part, on the Company’s achieving its performance goals for the year.

  • Base Salary and Bonus As compensation for the Executive's services under this Agreement, the Executive shall receive and the Company shall pay a weekly base salary set forth on Exhibit A. Such base salary may be increased but not decreased during the Term or Renewal Period in the Company's discretion based upon the Executive's performance and any other factors the Company deems relevant. Such base salary shall be payable in accordance with the policy then prevailing for the Company's executives. In addition to such base salary, the Executive shall be entitled during the Term or Renewal Period to a performance bonus set forth on Exhibit A and to participate in and receive payments from, at the Company's election, other bonus and other incentive compensation plans, if any, as may be adopted by the Company.

  • Performance Bonus The Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus, payable within sixty (60) days after the end of the fiscal year of the Employer, in an amount not to exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the Executive's Base Salary for the applicable year. The amount, if any, shall be determined by the Board, or the appropriate committee thereof, and shall generally be based on a combination of organization-wide and individual performance criteria.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.
