Shipping Container. Final package or container which is used to ship Materiel. Shipping containers may enclose unit packages and intermediate packages. A shipping container may also be used for the storage of Materiel.

Shipping Container. During the Term of the Lease, Lessee must retain the original shipping container for the Equipment as delivered to Lessee. If the shipping container is damaged, a replacement shipping container must be purchased from Lessor at the prevailing cost. The new container must be provided with openings to accept the supply and delivery piping for new fire pumps. All openings must be sealed and filled with suitable expanding foam, after the installation of piping, including cover plates ( flanges ) to prevent ingress of dust and dirt. If necessary rubber inserts should be affixed around the edge of the opening to prevent damage to piping and to avoid ingress of dust. i. The new container must be provided with a suitable galvanised steel outlet Louvre suitably matched to the diesel driven pump cooling air inlet. j. The new container must be provided with a suitable galvanised steel air intake Louvre, approximately 1 200 millimetres wide and 1 200 millimetres high including 4 washable mini pleated filters class F7 as supplied by TROX or equal approved. k. The container door locking mechanism and the pedestrian door must be provided with keyed alike Viro heavy duty padlocks. l. The contractor must provide design and layout drawings, for approval by the Sentech Engineer, prior to assembly of the container and contents. m. The Contractor must provide three bound copies of the operating procedures, specifications, parts manual and any other relevant information of the complete pumping system. n.
