Associated Documentation means any operating manuals or other such materials provided by Supplier relating to the Solution including but not limited to user manuals and implementation instructions including revisions but excluding all promotional or marketing materials. “Associated Website” means any website that allows access to and/or use of the Solution. “Authorised User” means an employee or contractor of the Customer or such other persons requiring access in order to enable the proper operation of the Solution and which have been authorised by the Customer to use the Solution.

Examples of Associated Documentation in a sentence

  • Instruction Manuals and Associated Documentation shall be provided in accordance with Manufacturer Umbrella Contract Section 2.21, Instruction Manuals and Associated Documentation.
