Signal Systems Clause Samples

Signal Systems. Signal Systems are operated and maintained by Metro. The associated energy charge shall be calculated by NES based upon loading information provided by Metro. Rates are addressed under Section 12 of this contract addressing “Rates.” Nothing in this contract shall imply the granting of a license or permission to make Attachment for Signal Systems, subsequent to the effective date of this contract, to NES-owned equipment.

  • Unbundled Network Elements 35.4.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement. 35.5. Collocation 35.5.1.   • Radios The Contractor or its employees shall not use any of the two-way radios or special telecommunications equipment under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made to this rule. Violation is grounds for immediate termination of this Contract, as well as punitive action.

  • Infrastructure Modification of the location and/or sizing of the infrastructure for the Project that does not materially change the functionality of the infrastructure.
