SIGNATURE CONCLUSIVE. We shall be entitled to rely upon and to treat any document relating to any Card Transaction with the signature of any cardmember as conclusive evidence of the fact that the Card Transaction as therein stated or recorded was authorised and properly made or effected by the cardmember.

  • Signature/Counterparts This Agreement and any amendment thereto may be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, taken together, shall be deemed one and the same document. AdobeSign signatures are fully binding. Any ink, electronic, faxed, scanned, photocopied, or similarly reproduced signature on this Agreement or any amendment hereto will be deemed an original signature and will be fully enforceable as an original signature.

  • Facsimile and Email Signatures The use of facsimile signatures and signatures delivered by email in portable document format (.pdf) affixed in the name and on behalf of the transfer agent and registrar of the Partnership on certificates representing Common Units is expressly permitted by this Agreement.
