Simulators. The Contractor shall develop simulator(s) in accordance with the requirements agreed to in the Analysis and Simulation Plan. The simulator(s) shall be used for formal test activities as agreed to in the System Integration and Test Plan. The simulators shall be capable of run times that allow for rapid turn around of scenarios that facilitate a thorough engineering analysis and design optimization effort. In addition, TerreStar intends to use the simulator(s) after delivery for troubleshooting, verification of new system upgrades, and traffic loading analysis.
