Single Central Clause Samples

The "Single Central" clause establishes that all transactions or obligations between the parties are consolidated and managed through a single, central account or entity. In practice, this means that rather than handling multiple separate accounts or contracts, all settlements, payments, and netting of obligations are processed through one designated point. This approach streamlines administration, reduces operational complexity, and minimizes the risk of discrepancies or missed payments by centralizing all financial interactions.
