Common use of Site Access and Work Hours Clause in Contracts

Site Access and Work Hours. CPCCo’s normal work week is performed on a 4 x 10 schedule between 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM. No work occurs on the non-working Fridays. Contractor deliverables shall consider CPCCo’s work schedule when performing part-time services. If a schedule alternative is required, BTR will communicate to the contractor’s contact.
