The Site Inductions clause requires that all personnel entering a worksite undergo a formal introduction and orientation process. Site Inductions. Unless specifically stated in this quotation, no allowance had been made for any site inductions. These, where required, will be charged to the customer.
Site Inductions. (a) in the event the Client requires an employee or sub-contractor of ADCO to undertake a site induction during working hours, the Client will be liable to pay the hourly charges for that period. If any induction is needed to be undertaken prior to the commencement date then the Client shall be liable to pay ADCO’s standard (and/or overtime, if applicable) hourly labour rate; or (b) where ADCO is in control of the site, the Client and/or the Clients third party contractors must initially carry out ADCO’s Health & Safety induction course before access to the site will be granted. Inspection of the site during the course of the Works will be by appointment only and unless otherwise agreed, in such an event the Client and/or third party acting on behalf of the Client must at all times be accompanied by ▇▇▇▇.

Inspection of the Site during the course of the Services will be by appointment only and unless otherwise agreed, in such an event the Client and/or third party acting on behalf of the Client must at all times be accompanied by RHCS; (c) access to the Site will not be available until all parties have completed the Site induction.

  • Site Investigation Developer has made a careful investigation of the Site and is familiar with the requirements of the Contract Documents and has accepted the readily observable, existing conditions of the Site.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
