Site Selection Services. Sonic shall provide the Licensee with Sonic’s experience in the selection of Sonic restaurant sites through the use of the forms, criteria, and materials that Sonic makes available to new licensees from time to time, as well as the benefit of its review and evaluation of any proposed sites selected by the Licensee.

(5) Furnish the Program Manager five (5) copies of the Report and one (1) electronic copy, in Adobe Acrobat format, on CD-ROM free of cost to the City. The cost of any additional copies of the Report as the Program Manager may require will be reimbursed at the net cost thereof. (6) The Report shall be recommended by the Consultant for formal approval by the MAPS 3 Convention Center subcommittee, MAPS 3 Citizens Advisory Board and the City Council. Microsoft PowerPoint presentations of the Report are required at the meetings.
Site Selection Services. The contractor shall assist Town staff in selecting a new site from which to launch. The scope will include no less than two meetings with staff, including site visits and recommendations on possible launch sites.
Site Selection Services. During the term of this Agreement, Consultant shall (i) perform the site selection services specified in Section 4 this Agreement to identify locations for each Restaurant (a "Site"); (ii) negotiate terms and conditions for acquisition or leases of the Sites; and, (iii) provide such other services necessary for Consultant to perform the Pre-Opening Services described in Section 2.3 (collectively, the "Site Selection Services").
