Site Utilities. The CM will provide and maintain site utilities as specified in Appendix C. The CM will be compensated for costs to provide and maintain site utilities as reimbursable expense as listed in Appendix A. The budget for the site utilities should be established and added to the Appendix A no later than the 50% Construction Document Design Phase.
Site Utilities. Contractor shall use only those electrical and water sources designated by WCI for the site. Contractor shall not use electricity or water from adjacent property not owned by WCI.
Site Utilities. 2.3.1 Sanitary system for entire shopping center shall provide for unusual conditions caused by chemical detergents, grease etc. 2.3.2 Storm drain system shall be designed for a minimum rainfall concentration of 4" per hour.

Site Utilities. The site will operate diesel powered generators to provide the electrical power needed support the planned work activities. Power will be for offices, core logging activities, lighting, portable ablution facilities, yard lighting, etc. Potable and process water will be brought to site. Designated waste disposal bins will be setup on the site for the collection of all garbage generated during the work program. The garbage bins will be removed from site and taken to a licensed disposal facility located at the nearest town (Dryden or Ignace).
Site Utilities. Work under this item shall include, but not limited to, compensation for providing personnel, equipment, tools, and materials necessary for performing all work required including utilities (sewer, water, storm drain), utility connections, trenching, furnishing and installing drain lines, backfilling, compacting, testing, inspection, clean up, etc. as per the drawings.

SEI will supply and install (1) PG&E type concrete pull box to intercept “JT”. Supply PG&E rated transformer pad that will be located in direct line within 10’ of the main switchboard. From the PG&E transformer location Building A will receive 4000 amp aluminum outdoor bussing to connect utility power to the main switchboard. · SEI will supply and install (2) 4” PVC schedule 40 conduits from “JT’ line shown on drawing to each building. SEI will supply and install (1) AT&T type concrete pull box to intercept “JT”. · Supply 40 amp 3 phase feeder to diesel Fire Pump Equipment located per A1 .1 Site Plan v2.4 rev1drawing. Building Power: · Building A will receive a 4000 amp indoor 277/480 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, multi-meter switchgear with (1) 200 amp house meter section. Provisions will be made for future capabilities to expand the service to accept multi-meter tenant sections. Each house loads will be supplied by (1)200 amp 277/480 volt panel, (1) 75 kVA transformer and (1) 120/208 volt panel.
Site Utilities. All utilities shall extend to the building and final connections made for electric, water and sanitary service. All storm water removal shall be provided via a combination of sheet drainage, underground pipe and drainage ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Underground fire main and hydrants are included per municipal requirements.
Site Utilities. 1. All required utilities shall be extended underground to the building with adequate capabilities to meet the initial and expansion requirements. 2. Telephone connection from central telephone office to be fiber optic with one separate independent redundant route from central telephone office. Required telephone service will be identified and coordinated by the Tenant. All distribution beyond the main Telephone Room will be by Tenant. Base building will provide main Telephone Room and access via conduit. 3. Site storm drainage and roof drains shall be piped underground and discharged into the municipal storm drainage system. Sheet draining of parking lot to catch basins and/or swal▇▇ ▇▇ non-paved areas may be incorporated prior to run-off entering underground piping system. 4. Storm water retention/management ponds shall not be permitted on site.
