Skill Enhancement Sample Clauses

The Skill Enhancement clause establishes the obligation or opportunity for parties, typically employees, to improve or expand their professional abilities during the course of an agreement. This may involve participation in training programs, workshops, or continued education, and can apply to both technical and soft skills relevant to the role. By including this clause, the agreement ensures that individuals remain up-to-date with industry standards and practices, ultimately benefiting both the individual and the organization by fostering ongoing professional development and adaptability.
Skill Enhancement. If an employee is not selected during the transfer or hiring process, the employee may request a meeting with Human Resources to obtain information about the employee’s application or interview that would enhance the employee’s ability to seek other positions.
Skill Enhancement. Potential for skills enhancement by V/Line Passenger is based upon identifying the skills and staffing requirements necessary to deliver V/Line Passenger services and assessing those needs against the potential of existing V/Line Passenger workforce to meet those demands. Where opportunities exist for staff to enhance their existing skills and competence in accordance with business and operational needs, V/Line Passenger will seek to develop strategies to facilitate that to occur.
Skill Enhancement. The parties agree to: (i) the process of skills development to enhance the competency and relevant knowledge/skills of the employer’s workforce. (ii) the development of meaningful, challenging and responsible work roles which allows employees the freedom to act and accept accountability for agreed objectives.

Related to Skill Enhancement

  • System Enhancements State Street will provide to the Fund any enhancements to the System developed by State Street and made a part of the System; provided that State Street offer the Fund reasonable training on the enhancement. Charges for system enhancements shall be as provided in the Fee Schedule. State Street retains the right to charge for related systems or products that may be developed and separately made available for use other than through the System.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.

Upon request by the Sellers, the Purchasers shall provide the Sellers with reasonable assistance in marketing the Services subject to such termination to potential third party Replacement Providers, including by providing any information reasonably requested by the Sellers; provided, that any potential third party Replacement Provider shall have executed a customary confidentiality agreement before any confidential information of the Purchasers is disclosed by the Sellers to such potential third party Replacement Provider.
