Common use of Skills Development Clause in Contracts

Skills Development. Grantee shall provide Skills Development for eligible New and Retained/Relocated Employees as Grantee deems necessary. So long as Grantee provides Skills Development to twelve (12) New or Retained/Relocated Employees on or before January 1, 2025, Grantee shall be eligible for the Advances described above on the Payment Dates. Should Grantee fail to satisfy its eligibility, Grantee shall reimburse Grantor the amount of $500.00 per Employee not verified by documentation under Section 3(d)(ii), payable on January 1, 2025.
