If the proposer achieves 25% participation, apply 10 points to the proposer’s score; or c. If the prime consultant is a SLBE or an ELBE, apply 12 points to the proposer’s score. B. Subcontractor Participation List. The Subcontractor Participation List (Attachment CC) shall indicate the Name and Address, Scope of Services, Percent of Total Proposed Contract Amount, Certification Status and Where Certified for each proposed Subcontractor/Subconsultant.
