Source Hiring Agreement Clause Samples

A Source Hiring Agreement clause defines the terms under which one party engages another to recruit or hire personnel for specific roles or projects. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of recruitment services, payment terms, and any exclusivity or non-solicitation provisions that may apply. By clearly establishing the expectations and responsibilities of both parties, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures a smooth hiring process.
