Hiring Requirements. The Governmental Agency agrees to comply with all applicable state laws regarding hiring requirements.
Hiring Requirements. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to adhere to the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1969 (12U.S.C. §1701u) as defined in Section 1.03(f)) of Exhibit E to this AGREEMENT titled “General Grant Conditions”, in the hiring of any staff member whose position receives 50% or more of its funding from a CDBG Grant.

Hiring Requirements. Genco shall hire those Streamline Employees who: (a) are employed by Streamline and have not been reassigned to an out-of-scope position within Streamline as of the date the offer is made; (b) accept the offer of employment from Genco within five business days from the date the offer is made; and (c) if requested by Streamline, sign a release substantially in the form set forth in ANNEX 3 attached hereto (conditions 2(a) through 2(c) collectively, the HIRING REQUIREMENTS; and the Streamline Employees hired by Genco collectively, the TRANSITIONED EMPLOYEES; each, a TRANSITIONED EMPLOYEE). Genco shall make hiring decisions regarding the Streamline Employees based on the Hiring Requirements. Genco shall be solely responsible for making such hiring decisions, subject to the provisions of this Section.

An applicant after receiving an offer of employment, must successfully complete (at the expense of the College) medical evidence of ability to perform the essential functions of the position. The College shall provide the form and designate the physician who will perform such physical examination. B. Any employee shall be required to report for health examination at the College’s expense, to a physician designated by the College, when in the judgment of the administration the apparent health of the employee warrants it. C. Background checks, including driving records, are a normal part of the hiring process and will be required for all new employees.

Hiring Requirements. Purchaser shall offer employment to the Employees for positions comparable to the positions in which such Employees are employed by Seller immediately prior to the Closing Date and hire such Employees who accept such offers of employment. For purposes of this Agreement subcontract workers are not Transferred Employees. All subcontract workers of the Business are identified on Exhibit 6.3.1.
