Space Availability Report. Upon request from ComSouth and at ComSouth’s expense, BellSouth will provide a written report (Space Availability Report) describing in detail the space that is currently available for collocation at a particular BellSouth Premises. This report will include the amount of Collocation Space available at the BellSouth Premises requested, the number of collocators present at the BellSouth Premises, any modifications in the use of the space since the last report on the BellSouth Premises requested and the measures BellSouth is taking to make additional space available for collocation arrangements. A Space Availability Report does not reserve space at the BellSouth Premises for which the Space Availability Report was requested by ComSouth.
