Space Availability Report. 2.1 Upon request from TelCove and at the TelCove’s expense, BellSouth will provide a written report (Space Availability Report) describing in detail the space that is available for collocation at a particular Premises. This report will include the amount of Collocation Space available at the Premises requested, the number of collocators present at the Premises, any modifications in the use of the space since the last report on the Premises requested and the measures BellSouth is taking to make additional space available for collocation arrangements. A Space Availability Report does not reserve space at the Premises for which the Space Availability Report was requested by TelCove.
2.1.1 The request from TelCove for a Space Availability Report must be in writing and include the Premises street address, as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG) and Common Language Location Identification (CLLI) code of the Premises. CLLI code information is located in the National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) Tariff FCC No. 4.
2.1.1.1 If TelCove is unable to obtain the CLLI code for the Remote Site Location from, for example, a site visit to the remote site, TelCove may request the CLLI code from BellSouth. To obtain a CLLI code for a Remote Site Location directly from BellSouth, TelCove should submit to BellSouth a Remote Site Interconnection Request (the Request) for the Serving Wire Center CLLI code prior to submitting its request for a Space Availability Report. TelCove should complete all the requested information and submit the Request to BellSouth. BellSouth will ▇▇▇▇ the applicable fee as set forth in Exhibit B.
2.1.2 BellSouth will respond to a request for a Space Availability Report for a particular Premises within ten (10) days of the receipt of such a request. If BellSouth cannot meet the ten (10) day response time, BellSouth shall notify TelCove and inform TelCove of the timeframe under which it can respond.

Upon request from ALEC Inc.,, BellSouth will provide a written report (“Space Availability Report”) specifying the amount of Collocation Space available at the Premises requested, the number of collocators present at the Premises, any modifications in the use of the space since the last report on the Premises requested and the measures BellSouth is taking to make additional space available for collocation arrangements.

2.1.2 BellSouth will respond to a request for a Space Availability Report for a particular Premises within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of such request. BellSouth will make best efforts to respond in ten (10) calendar days to such a request when the request includes from two (2) to five (5) Premises within the same state. The response time for requests of more than five (5) Premises shall be negotiated between the Parties. If BellSouth cannot meet the ten calendar day response time, BellSouth shall notify ALEC Inc., and inform ALEC Inc., of the time frame under which it can respond. In Mississippi, the above intervals shall be in business days.
Space Availability Report. 6.1.1 CLEC may request a space availability report prior to its application for Collocation space within AT&T- 21STATE’s Eligible Structures. This report will specify the amount of Collocation space available at each requested Eligible Structure, the number of Collocators, and any modifications in the use of the space since the last report. The report will also include measures that AT&T-21STATE is taking to make additional space available for Collocation. CLEC may access the appropriate form for the space availability report on the AT&T CLEC Online website. A space availability report does not reserve space at the AT&T-21STATE Premises for which the space availability report was requested by CLEC.

2.1.2 BellSouth will respond to a request for a Space Availability Report for a particular BellSouth Premises within ten (10) days of the receipt of such request.
2.1.3 BellSouth will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond in ten (10) days to a Space Availability Report request when the request includes from two (2) to five (5) BellSouth Premises within the same state. The response time for Space Availability Report requests of more than five (5) BellSouth Premises, whether the request is for the same state or for two (2) or more states within the BellSouth Region, shall be negotiated between the Parties.
Space Availability Report. Upon request by CLEC, CenturyLink will submit to CLEC within ten (10) Days of CLEC's request, a report for each requested Premises, that includes:
a) available Collocation space in a particular CenturyLink Premises;
b) number of collocators;
c) any modifications in the use of the space since the last report;
d) measures that CenturyLink is taking to make additional space available for Collocation;
e) whether sufficient power is available to meet the specific CLEC request;
f) number of CLECs in queue at the Premises, if any;
g) whether the Wire Center is equipped with DS3 capability; and
h) the number and description of CenturyLink and its Affiliates and reservations of space by all CLECs.
8.2.1.9.1 A Space Availability Report Charge in Exhibit A will apply to each Space Availability Report requested by CLEC and shall apply on per Premises basis.

Space Availability Report. 8.1.1 So that it may make informed decisions regarding in which AT&T INDIANA eligible structures it wishes to collocate, a Telecommunications Carrier may request a Space Availability report prior to its application for Collocation Space within AT&T INDIANA’s eligible structures. The report is available on CLEC Online. Fees for such report are as shown in Collocation Rate Summary.
8.1.2 AT&T INDIANA will submit to a requesting Telecommunications Carrier a report indicating AT&T INDIANA's available collocation space in a particular AT&T INDIANA Eligible Structure upon request AT&T INDIANA. This report will specify the amount of collocation space available at each requested Eligible Structure, the number of CLECs, and any modifications in the use of the space since the last report. The report will also include measures that AT&T INDIANA is taking to make additional space available for collocation. 8.1.3 Should MCIm submit twenty-one (21) or more report requests within five (5) business days, the report delivery interval will be increased by five (5) business days for every five (5) additional report requests or fraction thereof.
8.1.4 Space Unavailability Determination and Resolution
8.1.4.1 AT&T INDIANA shall notify MCIm in writing as to whether its request for Physical Collocation has been granted or denied within ten (10) calendar days of submission of the completed application. If AT&T needs more time to continue analyzing certain aspects of the request, AT&T INDIANA’s 10 calendar day notice shall be limited to addressing whether or not AT&T has the requested, or designated alternative, amount of appropriate collocation space.
8.1.4.2 In responding to an application request if space is not available, AT&T INDIANA will notify MCIm that its application for Dedicated Space is denied due to the lack of space within ten (10) calendar days of AT&T INDIANA's receipt of a completed application.
8.1.4.3 The notification will include a possible future space relief date, if applicable. At that time, any non-recurring charges collected with the application, including the Planning Fee, will be returned to MCIm.
