Common use of Special Event Clause in Contracts

Special Event. If KrSpace delays or fails to perform this Agreement due to any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of KrSpace, including but not limited to: (i) any delay or change of the construction of place, or the ability of KrSpace to obtain any space of the place is impacted; and (ii) any delay or non-performance results from the circumstance within the control of the owner of relevant place of KrSpace, KrSpace shall not assume any liability, and may not be deemed as non-performing or breaching this Agreement.
