Special/ temporary Right of Way. The Operator shall bear all costs and charges for any special or temporary right of way required by it in connection with access to the Terminal. The Operator shall obtain at its cost such facilities on or outside the Terminal as may be required by it for the purposes of the O&M Services and the performance of its obligations under this Contract. The Authority agrees that it shall endeavor to provide such temporary facilities to the Operator on best effort basis and subject to payment of such charges as it may reasonably specify.
